Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on sculptape.com and is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

1. Processing and dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00 pm ET on a business day are typically dispatched the same day; other orders are typically dispatched the next business day. Dispatch estimates are goodwill estimates, not guarantees, and may be extended during promotions, holidays, weather events, or carrier disruptions. Try Before You Buy orders dispatch on the same schedule; the day-14 keep-price timeline described in the Terms runs from carrier-recorded delivery.

2. Delivery estimates

US delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from dispatch, with tracking emailed when your order leaves the facility. All delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not liable for carrier delays, weather, address-access issues, customs or inspection holds, or any consequence of late delivery, including missed events. Shipping charges, where applicable, are not refundable due to carrier delay.

3. Title and risk of loss

Title to products and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the package to the carrier. After dispatch, loss, theft, or damage in transit is a claim against the carrier, which we may reasonably assist with but do not adjudicate or guarantee. A carrier delivery scan to the address you provided is conclusive evidence of delivery.

4. Your address; delivery failures

You are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders returned or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a failure to collect, or a refusal of delivery may, at our discretion, be refunded minus shipping and handling costs we incurred, or reshipped at your expense. Packages marked delivered by the carrier are not eligible for a “lost package” refund; report suspected theft to the carrier and local authorities.

5. Service area

We currently ship within the United States (including APO/FPO where the carrier supports it). Any orders we accept for other destinations are shipped at your risk, with any duties, taxes, brokerage, or import fees your sole responsibility, whether or not collected at checkout.

6. Packaging

Orders ship in discreet packaging — the box says Sculptape and nothing else about the contents.

7. Changes

We may update this Policy at any time; the version posted at the time of your order governs that order.
